For Aspiring Leaders

Become a TechWomenBoston Mentee

You know how to do your job; you’re probably very good at it. But advancing your career is a job in itself – a very different one from what you currently do on a day-to-day basis.

As an aspiring leader in the tech industry, you can benefit from the wisdom and experience of others who already have a seat at the executive table in tech organizations. All of our mentors are senior executives who have advanced through the ranks, via different paths, and who now have a voice in the strategic decisions and direction of their respective enterprises.

The TechWomenBoston mentorship program is a vehicle for encouraging and facilitating productive interactions among professional leaders in the tech industry – those who are already proven, inspiring leaders, and those who seek inspiration.
